Collective to Pyramide Vincent (4215 m) and/or Cristo delle Vette (4161 m)
Climbed for the first time by the mineral engineer Jean-Nicolas Vincent in 1819, from whom the peak inherited the name, this 4000 meters can be reached by the normal route with an easy walk on the Lys glacier.
"Cristo delle Vette" is the statue realized by the sculptor Alfredo Bai from Turin and situated on the Balmenhorn summit (4161 m). Partisan during the Second World War, Alfedo Bai made a vow to realize a statue representing Jesus Christ and to erect it on the top of a mountain if he had succeed in coming back from war alive. The imposing statue can be reached walking on the Lys glacier and then climbing some equipped rocks.
For those who do not have a climbing partner and still want to reach a 4000 m peak in a group, the Gressoney Alpine Guides Society organizes every Wednesday in July and August the ascent to Pyramide Vincent 4215 m.
7.30 am meeting with the guide in front of the ticket office of the lift in Staffal, check of the equipment and ski lift to Punta Indren (3270 m). Departure to the Lys glacier to reach the summit.

Group of 5 people: 120,00 € per participant
Group of 4 people: 140,00 € per participant

The collective is confirmed with at least 3 participants. Maximum number: 5 people.
The rate includes: private guiding fees, rent of axe, crampons and harness.
The rate excludes: ticket of the lifts, lunch for the guide and the client.
